According to Section 19, Sub-Section (7) of Section 22 and Sub-Section (5) of Section 31 of the Act, the public prosecutor has decided not to proceed with the case and sent it back to the extent of the existing law to cancel the items or objects of evidence related to the case. The concerned office shall keep it safe and after the expiration of that period, if there are cash or goods, they shall be auctioned and deposited in the bank, and if such goods or goods are arms or ammunition, they shall be submitted to the office that issues arms permits according to the prevailing law.
